堺市民芸術文化ホール(愛称 フェニーチェ堺)に隣接したピッツェリア トラットリア。
その名も“テアトロ ポンテベッキオ”(テアトロ＝劇場)。
薪窯で焼く本格的なナポリピッツァをはじめ、ポンテベッキオではお馴染みの炭火焼きロースターも備え、
本格的な肉料理や魚料理も提供いたします。
堺近郊の野菜や魚介などを多用し、ポンテベッキオらしいオリジナリティを盛り込みながらシンプルで凝り過ぎない料理を考え抜かれた空間でリラックスして召し上がって頂きたいと思います。
Established in a free trade city during Japan's feudal era and nurtured around the world of tea ceremony that was developed by Sen no Rikyu, Ponte Vecchio opens up for the first time in the outskirts of Osaka in Sakai city where unique culture lies.
Pizzeria Trattoria is adjacent to Sakai Civic Art and Culture Hall (also called Fenice Sakai).
The name is also known as "TEATRO PONTE VECCHIO". Teatro is translated as theater in Italian.
In addition to authentic Neapolitan pizza grilled in wood-fired kiln, Ponte Vecchio also features a familiar charcoal grilled roaster.
Using plenty of vegetables as well as seafoods from the outskirts of Sakai, while incorporating the originality of Ponte Vecchio, we would like to ask that you please relax and enjoy in a space where you can think of and consider simple, unrefined dishes.
