A PONTE VECCHIO restaurant specializing in pizza has been opened directly over Osaka Station – the central gateway to the Kansai region of Western Japan.
The name of this spot is “ÉCHI PONTE VECCHIO.”

Blending the tradition of PONTE VECCHIO, rooted in a passion for the real thing in every way, with the speed, simplicity and affordable price range demanded from such a station setting.
This passion for the genuine touch has also led to the baking of pizzas on a scarlet red Naples-style wood-fired oven.
The oven has earned the restaurant prestigious certification by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (True Neapolitan Pizza Association) – a trade group of Naples pizza artisans.
The installation of such a wood-fired oven in a station building is unprecedented – a true world first.
The pasta dishes and all other selections are also true to the PONTE VECCHIO legacy – that is, the refusal to compromise or cut any corners whatsoever.
Here, guests are able to savor Italian culinary favorites, prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, in a casual everyday atmosphere.
Please don’t hesitate to drop by on the spur of the moment, and sample the full-fledged flavors of Italy.

Enjoy wood-fired pizza sanctioned by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and other examples of the simplest and most “truly Italian” dishes available from any of the PONTE VECCHIO Group outlets.
